I used to like Sanctuary back in the day and Nevermore's music is amazing but I don't see how anybody can think warrel dane is a good singer. his lyrics are terrible and his melody lines are lame. not to mention he doesnt have anywhere near the range he used to have. @baldgame he's past his prime, sure...but he still has a better range than the vast majority of singers his age. what he's lost in the high end he's made up for at the low end. even considering all those high notes he used to sing with Sanctuary were falsetto, it's still impressive imo. not many people have as strong a falsetto as he did, especially considering he could almost hit a soprano C.
