    The chopper was inspecting the electricity wires. Thats why it was so close.

  • No, I'm serious. Eventhough a helicopter might seem like a good solution to get rid of the earth contact problem which would/could kill the line inspectors, most pilots simply aren't good enough to hover near those cables. In my country (not USA) we use special machinery for this, not helicopters.
