im a solicitor - acts are laws. statuary and non statuary regulations (acts) are all enforceable as law; due to being based on guidelines passed in parliament. There are far too many pocket lawyers these days! You are one off them and so is the warden as you have every right to film him in a public place!

@gvnwhl Well I dunno where you're from but I got a ticket (as a blue badge holder) for parking in a loading bay for 30 mins, when the disabled places were all used up. With the badge I could have parked on double yellows a few metres back but I figured it would be safer and more convenient to park in a marked bay. I was not obstructing anything and the warden had no reason to give me a ticket other than he could. You're all cunts.

Lmao what a total waste of time going to any website is going to be, the easiest way to get out of paying for a ticket is to approach the warden respectfully an obtain information on how to appeal, as the gent said in the video "I just forgot to put the disabled badge out" and the warden was trying to explain that if he sends a photocopy of the badge the ticket will be overturned. Listen to the wardens they are their to help, they have gotten me out of 3 tickets

P.S DONT forget though to send the ticket back to the issuing authority 'UNSIGNED' and that is very IMPORTANT (photocopy EVERYTHING and send recorded) within the first 14 days of ticket issue, NOTIFYING THEM OF 'NO CONTRACT NO PAYMENT'. Otherwise your silence will be taken as admittence to the debt and a contract made in your absence ( so to speak).
