We blame & hold responsible eb & PP's management for that, not the employee personally.

I feel Vincy and the Boycotters and many of the critics of ebay /Paypal may have actually more in common than they do in difference.

Hey! I think Vincy K. is also a human being and any human can make a mistake. So I think there is no point making an issue out of it.. Do you people think that you have not made any mistake in your whole life?? You people make money from eBay, your life are dependent on eBay and even then you say bad words about eBay.. Nonetheless, the person dispensing the advice is a valid target of criticism, in that they are purported to be an expert on PP matters, is that not correct?

Let me ask... Is it possible that 'Vincy K' might be a fake name from someone who is not even in USA, thus deceiving ebayers?

Were you aware that back in April 2008 eb stated they would not move to PP only payments in the USA, but now they have done just that, in effect, with the banning on bank checks and Money orders, with

"6 of one, half a dozen of the other" wording, so to speak.

Does that strike you as being hypocritical?

And to the issue of perhaps a fictitious name being used by someone halfway around the globe, in order to make it appear they were in the USA, would such a scenario be hypocritical, or maybe just plain dishonest?

Or maybe even outright fraud?

Yes, Vincy is a human and I am sure a very nice person. The point I see is that this is EBAY'S doing, in that, they exert their employees to be so robotic that it falls down the line of being ineffective towards actually helping the seller/buyer on Ebay.

Ebay has trained thier employees inefficiently so much that they are pushed to market Paypal even to the point of this!!!!!!!! And they don't understand WHAT they are pushing!

been fined by the NYC Attorney Generals office for allowing people to use Paypal to gamble online offshore. Gambling is safer thatn buying ebay stock even if paypal "refunds" your money. Totaly hillarious. Keep up the good work and if you hear from CanLaugh please let me know.
