Although the Sireno is very similar in size and power to the Q it does have some distinct differences. The Sireno has 12 ports compared to the Q's 14 ports, the Sireno has tapered stator port openings and rotor blades where the Q's are straight, the rotor intake fins are shorter than the Q's and the screw type clutch is a different design than the Q's screw clutch.
Out of all the other electro-mechanical sirens out there, this is the closest resemblance to the Q i've ever heard.
