The lyrics are a mixture of many languages ranging from French, Romanian, Italian, Slavic, Russian, Gaelic, Latin, etc. Cirquish is what they call it, as it was created by the staff of Cirque Du Soleil. Even I can't fully translate it. Though I know this song is sung in Varekai when for the character Icarus (a simple wikipedia check should explain his story, which I know the song reflects.)
