Chronic pain is relentless. It can go on for months, even years, without relief. It is a martyrdom the world cannot see. Even the best doctors cannot see it and they will often accuse patients of faking to get drugs. I expected to be persecuted here, no less than my Lord Jesus.

QUO VADIS means "where do you go". It,s a quotation from the novel; St.Peter asked Jesus: "Qvo vadis Domine?" which means "Whwre do You go, Lord"?

I don't like gold and I don't interpret heaven this way. All that we need is to be with our Father, the rest is of no concern.
Many are suffering at the moment and as we share in the sufferings of Jesus, so too do we share in the glory of our King.

We will live on the New Earth when He restores it from all the effects of sin(meaning Heaven isn't "up there" but its right here. The old heaven and earth will pass away in that all the effects of sin will be gone and God will rule it totally
