Undersaddle 7 days. The horse looks controlled and well trained. Looks like he's gone up those stairs 100 times.

yes he did make it down with no problems.  Should have filmed that too, thanks for asking. I did this using a digital camera so it only recorded a breif span of riding. Thank You for your articulate and generous comments. We went up and down once before I asked my boyfriend to film it for me. I still own Monte and hope to show him in Reining this summer if I can balance it with summer school. He is four this year and has been easy to train since day one.

If that horse was under the saddle for only 7 days then this a really extraordinairy performance. The horse trusts the rider without hesitation and she guides him carefully up the stairs. Congratulation for good riding and training!
