i was wondering how u do the trick where you hold still in the air with ur arms holding ur slf up... to better exsplain i dont know the name of it but one hand is lower n the other above higher n u simply lift ur self up and kinda float i cant seem to get it
i have dont 5 lessons in pole dancing and this is a beginner move it just takes alot of confidence but once you can do it its great to show it off to your friends
maybe its a begging move for people who are already strong and flexible, from ballet dancing, huhu. I guess we have to search moves for the stiff and weak.
It's actually a intermediate move.
