I m curious about the van, do you have any vidz of the conversion? Saw your post about the lady in the van... I agree, set them up in a livable manner, they can be a great place to live. What kind of story boarding do you do for a video like this? i usually spend an hour or two just getting a general idea of the shots i want. my video teacher wants us to spend hours and hours on story boarding and she actually wants us to go to the location and look for the exact shots we want. this never really works for me, i always come up with new shots as i am filming so spending hours and hours story boarding ends up being a waste for me. just wanted another opinion. thanks.

@jweezy1169 Hey mate, for a vid like this I never do any storyboarding. It's all pretty spontaneous, and I just capture the moments as I see them. I love working like this. It doesn't mean storyboarding is irrelevant though, it's just this style that I don't worry about them. For an actual film with more of a story to it, or music videos, commercials etc, storyboarding is really important. Even if you don't stick exactly to your storyboards, they make a good foundation which you can work from.
