Grace Potter and the Nocturnals Ah Mary + Be My Husband

Hey everybody. I'm from Vermont just like Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. I knew about them before they hit the top 10. There are not alot of things in this state I'm proud of but I am very proud to have a rocking band like Grace Potter and the Nocturnals from Vermont making it big. I'm a musician myself. Most music around the part of Vermont where I live is mainly Jam bands, metal or folk/country. Nothing wrong with those, just not exactly my style. These guys are more my style.

The Grace Potter and the Nocturnals videos (3 posted) are from New Years Eve 2009 at Higher Ground.....pretty much the last concert they played with the original members before they went "mainstream media". Yah...the real good honest music. Before capitalism took em over.

Nice work! I just saw them at the House of Blues in Boston. Knocked my sox off. Can you tell me what you used to record this show? I am looking to get a camera this Christmas, mainly for family videos, but it might be put to use for the occasional concert. Thanks.

Thanks man. They play Higher Ground this NYE too. Already got the hotel and tickets.

The camera we use is a SONY CyberShot. Features 15X Zoom and 8.1 MegaPixels.. Shoots full HD 1080 stills, MPEG movies with really good audio and video. It's a pretty good camera we picked up about 3 years ago at WalMart.. It's compact and light too.

We were perfectly positioned to capture special footage. When you get too close to the stage the sound quality get's distorted.
