Cummins Falls is the largest privately owned waterfall in Tennessee. Tennessee Parks & Greenways Foundation has a one-time opportunity to make this spectacular waterfall a public space. This May, 186 acres of this magnificent place was sold at public auction. We must raise a million dollars to conserve it, but Cummins Falls is worth it! Our Option to Purchase expires June 16, 2011 and we need YOUR HELP! Please visit our Facebook page, Save Cummins Falls, or call the Foundation at 615-386-3171.

The land on the other side belonging to a cousin was sold at a public auction...that doesn't mean that the falls is public.......it is not.
