  • EnergySupply2008 has missed the point to HHO. It's not the energy it gives out that's of importance here, it's the fact that it helps to burn more of the fuel dumped in the engine each time making it more efficient, that's important. More fuel burned each time = less fuel needed, due to less fuel wasted, = fuel savings due to not needing to put your foot down as hard to get the same amount of revs per gear per fuel used. If that makes sense lol.

  • Mega Joules per liter.

    Gasoline 34.2

Gaseous Hydrogen at room temperature 0.01079

HHO, two parts H one part O so divide 0.01079 by 3 x 2 = energy density 0.00719 Mega Joules per liter at room temp.

Raise temp to typical HHO cell temp 185 F (60 amps input) gas expands 21.76 percent.

0.00719 divided by 121.76 x 100 energy density now 0.00590 Mega Joules per liter.

34.2 Mega Joules divided by 0.00590, ratio of 5,796.6 to one. One gallon of gasoline = 5,796.6 gallons of HHO.

  • those calculations seem way off.

  • Good work!

The start up time could very between cell spacings.

I suggest instead to get the cells going, simultaneously start the timer and connect the hose.

Please describe the electrolyte & concentration.

  • Thanks for the comment

You are right, and thats the way I test now.

I have a tee in line, the side of the tee has a piece of latex tubing, that can be clamped closed, then time is started.

As for the electrolyte, it is KOH in distilled water, and I don't know the concentration.

But the solutions were made as one batch then divided equally.

  • Oh DUDE... I have this song, but I forget who it is? Who is that you're listening to Fusion8r?? 日本人ですか? Just curious.

  • sorry, I'm not sure...at the time I was just listening to "Japan-A-Radio", a streaming radio station you can find on "Shoutcast Radio" through "Winamp"...if you are interested...thanks for asking

  • found it...

  • i think you did fantastic, i have not built mine yet im still in the process of learning as much as i can from all these videos and yours helped Thank you for building yours and posting it here on you tube so people like myself can learn to build our own :)

  • I'm glad I was able to help.

    Thanks for your comment.

    Good luck with your projects.

  • Whats the music for ! and where is the GAS ? looks fancy and just a waste of time

  • Your comment states only how uneducated you are in the electrolysis process. These videos are showing how to produce HHO efficiently, to minimize creating heat. The only time that was wasted, was yours, because you learned nothing by watching my videos. If you don't like the music, just turn it down. If you have something to teach, please for the sake of all humanity, share it with us. I checked your profile, and I see you don't have any videos yet. I'll be waiting for them.

    Fusion8r

  • Dont take it the wrong way, perhaps the wrong choice of words, your work does look impressive. To help you along, do your own reasearch into the likes of "Nikola Tesla", "Tom Bearden" and "Tom Valone". A few of the things these people have accomplished can be applied in this process and once understood, will help you get much higher results. Piece

  • Non taken. HHO research is on hold for now anyway. R&D is going into a few other ideas at this time. Things are going well, just need a little more time. Soon, I should have video(s) posted.

    Fusion8r

  • wish u'd turn the freakin music off.

i got bored and went to find others

  • Wow!, out of 24,712 views(not to mention the other two videos in the series) YOU are the first to complain!

BTW, your video player has a volume bar.

When you find someone that has done a better comparison of plate configuration for efficiency, please, let me know, I dont think you'll find one. And, I think I can speak for everyone that has taken the time to watch my video series has appreciated my findings.

    Good luck!

    Fusion8r

  • don't get me wrong, i think your findings are amazing, i just wished that you'd turned off the music when you captured the video clip.

BTW i'm going to try and follow your findings and build one myself.

  • some people just like to complain don't stop because of that, thanks for the information.

  • You are welcome, thanks for watching, and your encouraging comment.

    Fusion8r

  • Seriously dude.. you have a MUTE BUTTON. If you don't like the music, MUTE IT!! I actually appreciate the music and I have the same song. It's awesome.

  • Can you tell me why it's important to run low amperage? Is it hard on the alternator or something?

  • Sure it would be hard on the alt. if you were to exceed its load capabilities with the cell along with the rest of the car. You would only be ready brute force electrolysis after you have built a cell that is the most efficient as you are possible.

    Hope this helps.

    Fusion8r

  • Well is there a way to set how much amperage the cell is going to take with out using a amperage regulator?

  • Yes, it depends how much electroyte you add. Add it very little at a time till your amps are a little less than you want to run after its hot. Amps will rise with temp. In regards to how much, it depends how big your plate sapcing is, if its like an 1/8th inch you could probably start with about a teaspoon per gallon. If the spacing is less, add less, if its more, maybe add a little more.

Let me know how it goes.

    Fusion8r

  • Interesting idea, I think I may just put an amperage regulator on it though. Seems a little more precise that way.

Not sure on prices of dc amperage regulators though or where to find them, just a thought I'm having. I don't like controlling the amperage with something that seems imprecise and varying.

  • OK, good luck!

  • Thanks man. I will report my findings!

  • Watchng full metal alchemist while testing?

  • *_* No, at the time I was just listening to "Japan-A-Radio", a streaming radio station you can find on "Shoutcast Radio" through "Winamp"...if you are interested...thanks for asking

    Fusion8r

  • Hey fusion , Great stuff, Just starting testing and wanting to getr a cell in car as soon as possible od course , But for testing purposes what kind of power supply do you have? Im new to all this so I take it your p/suppy you can raise and lower v/amps? or what are you useing? Thanks for the video's ,Oh one more question, In your first video(6 months ago) you stated +nnnnn-nnnnn+, by nuetral plates you mean they are just not touching anything? The pos are connected together and neg seprate??

  • The power supply is salvaged out of a PC. And the volts and amperes are varied by a hobby battery charger. But you would vary the amperes in the car app. buy adjusting the consentration of electrolyte. And you are correct about the plate configuration.

If I may direct you to Zero Fossil Fuel's channel, he has some excellent DIY videos on his cell design with better efficiency results. But my continuing research has lead me away from HHO and to some very promising ideas that I'm working on now.

  • Try it under a vacuum(if u can), production greatly increases that way.

  • prodution does not increase with a vacuum, gas is just expanding so it looks as though it increases

    Fusion8r

  • Vaccuum would not increase the process at all. It would cause the water to boil though and look like its bubbling a lot. It would make water vapor not hydrogen gas.

  • This is a true and accurate comment.

    Thanks for pointing this out.

I think I read, that Stan M. believed that pressure in a cell increased production.

I think that would be nearly impossible to measure though.

    Fusion8r

  • Any clues to your new projects? I assembled my plate design today, No gauges as of yet but put power to it and voila(sp?) it works awesome , 316ss plates 20gauge spaced 1/16 apart but used gasget material so prob shrunk a bit, works awesome , will be measuring it as per ltr/min tomorrow.very curious about your new project, Thanks John

  • why arent you speaking or narrating ?

  • no reason, for now just thought the captions and description on the side would be enough

...are you working on a cell? your profile doesn't show anything

    ...thanks for watching

    Fusion8r

  • Very good work. Is there any way you can do a 12V test? This would simplify things greatly... for me.LOL!! This is good though. very good. All experimentation HAS to be expored!!

  • thanks for the comment...sorry, i cant do a test for you, let me explain...the cell is not configured the same any more and this cell configuration does not want to run at that low of volts, this many neutral plates dont allow it.

    i hope this explanation helps

    Fusion8r

  • What is the song playing??

  • sorry, I'm not sure...at the time I was just listening to "Japan-A-Radio", a streaming radio station you can find on "Shoutcast Radio" through "Winamp"...if you are interested...thanks for asking

  • found it...

    L'Arc-en-Ciel - Link

  • Oh DUH!! I knew I had that song, it just slipped my mind. I don't like all of their music but I like this song. Thanks for the reply on that Fusion8r. Good job on the fuel cell experiments by the way. Keep them up. I'm about ready to build my first cell.

  • Cool, I have been told that the 60% efficient commercial reactors we can buy (for about $10k or maybe a lil less now), the plates are as close together as the thickness of notebook paper, which also acts as a seperation membrane.

I also saw a vid on here though, with 3/8 in. spacing in this type of cell design, minus the KOH, only water..looked to do pretty well in a 32 plate system, building enough pressure to pop the guys thumb from the hose. I cant remember who as it didnt get saved..Gjob

  • I find that if you would bip the edgeses in Plasti dip..it is made by Performix.you can get at H/D..dip this DO NOT BRUSH!!!dip your plate in the paint ..your prod. will increase...yours ben

  • Very nice work and great research.

  • Well done, Grasshopper.

  • ok, 15volts, 7 amps and 1 liter in 2min42sec gives 45,5% efficiency. Not bad, but neither extremely good...

  • Thanks...it will get better, I'm not finished with R&D...I've only just begun :) Got to establish a base line, right?

    Fusion8r

  • this efficiendy is too bad

  • Please refer to your other comment for my reply.

    Fusion8r

  • lol 4 eights laughing with you john you guys keep up the good work

  • very nice work F8!

  • thank you!

  • if nothing else, you are displaying admirable craftmanship in the construction of your apparatus ...

so bring it on ... show me something I have not seen before ... but the rapid camera motions make me sea sick ... steady hand please ...

  • thanks for the comment, Im trying my best with the camera shooting, all I have to use right now is a digital camers with the video capability...sorry for the poor quality

  • Nice going that's the same spacing in my 18 plate cell. I used rain water with no salts of any kind. Putting it under a vacuum and forcing water through the plates also help a lot.

  • thanks...stay tuned, there is more

  • Interesting, you're not the only one that has a theory/formula for the spacing and plate size. Have you seen Johnaarons recent vid's about this? It seems that we are close to discovering the perfect setup for achieving the almighty free energy we all deserve so much. Good vid.

  • thanks...yes Ive been watching his long 10 minute videos...and if I build my cell to his formula, I would have to space the plates at almost a half an inch or should I say "four eights"...just kidding John :) but you will see in the next few videos, the closer the better
