Look up, HMN - Softmod Any Wii 4.3 (Smash Stack) on Youtube, that installs the Homebrew channel. After installing it, look up, Smash Boards Texture and Vertex Hack Database & How-to Thread on Google... Click the first one, if it's on page 7, just go to page 1, that tells you what to name everything, and what you need.

After that, just put the files in to the Pit folder, in the fighter folder.

No, you can't.

You either use forward B to recover, or up B. You can not use both while in the air.

This in my opinion balances Waluigi a bit, since his down air is really fast, and can combo into his grab, and his priority is high too. So a poor recovery balances this out a bit... Although I think Waluigi might get more balancing in the future, so look forward to that.

forums.kc-mm(dot)com. Once you go in, find the user, SilentDoom. Click on his name, Once you click on his name, find the Brawl Starter Pack. It my take a while to download, so just be patient and wait. Once you download it, drag EVERY FILE into the root, or beginning, of your SD CARD. Once you've done that, download the Waluigi file. Instructions are included as a text file in the download. You'll also need the Homebrew Channel

Once your done, go to please.hackmii(Dot)com. Once you go in the website, enter the two words, and then cut the red wire, if its not red, then cut blue. They will soon give you a download link. Drag everything except the text file, into the sd card. Put it in your wii, and look at messages, find the mail thats red and has a bomb on it

I made the entire psa of versions 1 to 3 which is still the base moveset of this version, removed toonlink's voice, etc. Plus, I'm the one who found the first messages between Snoopy and Marioking about marioking's animations and snoopy's port of the model over toonlink. I told them I would like to put them together and make a moveset and entire hack out of them. That's how this hack was born.

Well... First off, there needs to be a code to enable the additional character slots... But that's the easy part, the hard part if figuring out how the rel files work.

No one has been able to fully crack those for all the characters... There's other complications as well...

So yeah... My advice would be, use Waluigi anyway, however when you want to use Pit again, just move the files out of there, and switch them with whatever you want.

He only has a few Mario like moves, and one of them was dropped after the 64 game... So you can say Waluigi picked up Mario and Luigi's scrapped moves.

I kinda like that honestly, how he uses moves that Mario and Luigi don't use anymore. It's funny that they also fit his fighting style well too. :P

Lame idea imo. Very lame. Especially since quite a few of the moves use parts of the assist trophy attacks. D Tilt is the stamping, F Tilt is the tennis racket swing and F Smash is the forward stomp. It would just come off as looking lazy.

Well, this is not the final version by the by...

In the final version, there will be voice clips and some graphics changes. But the good news is, Waluigi at the moment is made with Gecko in mind, which can NOT use voice clips... Only Riivolution, and ISO editing can make use of sound packs.

The reason some of his moves are choppy... Well, he is related to Wario... Now, load up Brawl, and compare the two, you'll see that they move in a similar fashion.

MarioKing intended this, he wanted Waluigi to be, what else? A cross between Wario, and Luigi.

So... That's why some animations are, "blocky" as you say.

Okay, the model is Brawl's own Waluigi model.

After that, MarioKing spent a LONG time animating the model... Snoopy, and Eternal Yoshi fixed the glitches in the model, the PSA, with this hit box.

And finally, KingJigglypuff made the PSA, under MarioKing's supervision, and my beta testing as well... Both me and MarioKing tested this out for quite some time, until it was ready for the first release...

I hope that clears things up. :P

You really need to pay more attention to Brawl's moves. The only one that was even close to correct was the U Throw accusation, and even then it was edited so that it works as a U Throw. And some of your accusations are just completely wrong. Luigi's F Air is not a double kick, it's a karate chop and Ganon's F Throw doesn't use a tennis racket.
