The Hd3200 isnt deticated at all lmao..It shares all of it memory..If it was deticated you wud have maxed out that game it dont need a fast comp to play it maxes with a radeon 9600pro

@TheSGXile Good question, how can't you? I don't know. Maybe tune some settings down. Also another thing is to check the ATI Catalyst control panel thing, and make sure things are set on high performance rather then quality.

@TheSGXile you could have 1000gb ram and an intel i7 but if you have a crap geaphics card like the hd 3200 (which i have) it doesnt matter. A card bust build the 3d environment as you walk and this one cant do it fast enough to run well.

You might want to check your ATI control panel thing, and make sure it's on performance instead of quality. that can screw up frames anywhere from 10-30

yes, the game doesn't require the CPU to be powerful the graphic card is what matter, however, but if your processor is 1.6 and it's x2 then its really 3.2 which can easily play it

This settles it. I am picking up the Gateway NV52. It has virtually the same specs as this HP, except it runs an Athlon 64 X2 dual core instead of a Turion Dual core. It also runs 100MHZ faster (2.1GHZ instead of 2.0). Notebookcheck had me thinking that the HD 3200 was an absolute POS but I think I can run Batman Arkham Asylum on low, Oblivion on High and Street Fighter IV on Mid-High, which is all I care about.

The 8200m is a very cheap dedicated card, so it's not so good, the HD 3200 is one of the best Integrated graphics, so it's good.

For some reason, san andreas isn't to good with Onboard Graphics, don't know why.

You'll have to keep your textures on low for san andreas, everything else high and it should run great.

There are 2 versions of the 3200, the 256MB and the 1919MB Version, the 1919MB has GodAwful "HyperMemory" but it should do better with SanAndreas

I can run San Andreas fine, the only problem is if I turn textures past low, or even medium, it feels like 10-15 fps, even Gta 4 plays better then that.

The HD 3200 is just the HD 3200, it's only ok with newer games at low resolutions.
