  • no...normally when cat's hear spontanious sounds they tune it out unless they sense a threat. Now whenever the cat got close to examine the rug, the sound would play, telling the cat that the rug noticed it was close and thereby made a sound. The cat then reacted by backing up. Normally this only happens when the cat was recently riled up by another cat in the house or something they saw outside.

  • hi. because some animals have a much sharper hearing than I wonder if some frequencies produced by this instrument are quite loud and perhaps uncomfortable for the cat. Examples would be the dog whistles and the ultrasonic rodent repellant devices. I do think u love your cat but please just be careful. thanks

  • It's alright hazizo I understnad your parents never paid attention to you when you were young. I sure hope you go talk to doctor, they can be nice. And then later on maybe they'll take you to a nice big white room with padded walls. Oh, and don't worry about that needle, it'll only hurt for a second, and then you'll get nice and sleepy. :)
