it depends on the position of the head, their velocity, and acceleration. If the person's head was going upwards and accelerating, it could theoretically go in the other persons face, but it would most likely spread across the other person's body. Though then again, ajiclesproductions has a point: centrifugal force could cause the vomit to go all over the person vomiting at those speeds.
