I have a lovebird & a Green Cheek Conure and when the vacuums on, the chirping, screeching and talking starts and you look at them both and they're sleeping. I guess they love the sound. If I bring out the mop, swiffer, broom &/or dustpan, the lovebird goes crazy cause it thinks they are her mates.
I love your bird. I have a cockatiel. Can a cockatiel and cockatoo get along you think? Maybe you could tell me all about your bird. what it needs and how to take care of it and how much one is. I love birds. They do amazing things!
You have to be careful, introducing two birds, especially two birds of such different size. I do know of unusual friendships forming between large and small birds, but I also know of a cockatoo that killed a tiel that it was very familiar with.
When I vacuum, I have to take the water dish out of Fluffy's cage otherwise she bathes herself in her water dish.

LOL, my Cokatoo is terrified of the vacuum, but my Cokatiel sings to it..... :D
