  • I did good..I had 3 oz of turkey, 2 cups mixed green salad, 1 whole grain roll(no butter) and fruit plate..yay

  • I will try my best. Because I hate how I feel when i over eat. My body does not like it. I will eat smaller portion, So I can be ready for Black Friday. can't feel slow on that day, need to have my game face on.
