i'm 15 years old and i've been playing for about a year and a half
the biggest thing to remember when learning this piece is you have to think in 5/4. the bass is on 1, 4, and 5, and your hi-hats are on 2 and 4. when you're counting you're going to think ONE-two-three-FOUR-FIVE-ONE-tw o-three-FOUR-FIVE etc.
when playing your hi-hats in a rocking motion, go heel down on 1, heel up on 2, heel down on 3, heel up on 4, and then keep your heel up through 5 until you put it back down on 1

ride: 1 2 ah3 4 ah5
snare: usually just fool around with upbeats, i stuck mostly to the ah of the two and the four. so "one two AH three FOUR five"
