I'm pretty sure it is Air Ride and not Hydraulics. Judging by the fact that it has dual carbs it's probably pretty fast too.

There is a practical side to having air ride on this car provided it isn't too heavy. If you have ever gone faster than 1oo miles an hour in a Type 1 or Type 3 VW you know EXACTLY what I am talking about.

Beetle low riders aren't that uncommon. But this isn't a low rider, this is a beetle on hydraulics. looks like a classic beetle too, which is interesting because those have torsion beam suspension. A superbeetle would be a better choice for hydraulics.
