wow..... you are wonderful. I love the arrangement. I go to Bethesda By the Sea in Palm Beach Fl. We have a wonderful organist named Hal Physher. I am blessed to hear him every week. When I get back to NYC I will let you know. I would love to hear you in person at the church.
I recently came across your organ work and I must say that I enjoy it VERY much! You add such diversity to the hymns you play and it certainly isn't boring but it is quite refreshing! Keep up the GREAT work!! Excellent organ playing!
That was absolutely fantastic! Marvelous work - Listening to this was so stimulating since you chose so many different variations with the tempo, melody and voices. Even though I have heard and played that hymn so many times, it was yet so very fresh and new! Have you published this arrangement? If not, I would highly suggest you do so! I would never be able to play it nearly as well as you did, but it would be a great piece to work on! Bravo!
I LOVE this improvisation on one of my favorite hymns! I also love how you incorporated the opening line of Widor's Toccata from the Fifth Symphony into the ending.
A lovely rendition by Mr. Hong. One has a sensation of sitting in Church and being transported into a place of worship and adoration to God. I love just sitting in Church and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and presence, and music like this leads one into worship of Almighty God. Thanks to you, Mr. Hong.
What a beautiful, wonderful sound you have there. Excellent. I love the church organ, especially a hymn I've always loved too. Well played Sir. A worthy 5 stars.
