  • Nice machine. That would make my day too. :-)

  • I've love the 55 series Deere's. I've driven all the new stuff and the older series, but the 55 series marked a pinacle of power, reliability, durability and comfort. They are great tractors.

  • 4960, 4000 hrs powershift, power beyond, new tires, 61000

  • What year is it?

  • thats a beautifull tractor!!! did you get it rebuilt??

  • my two favorite things peterbilt and john deere!

  • wow beautiful!!

  • It is a great tractor....we have one on our farm.

  • I do undestand that feeling you had! Are you collecting or you will turn some dirt with it?

  • You played the same clip three times >.>

  • I work at Deere building the front axles for 8000 series tractor and totally disagree with the comment about AGCO and Fendt being on the top...depends on what market you are looking into. Just wait till the Tier 4 and see who sells....

  • You are my kind of people.

  • un tractor bien perron

  • Alrighty! :D Get yourself a 400/500 bushel grain cart to go with that!!!

  • I am just not sure that buying a used....6000 hours 42500 dollar tool is the right decision. I believe it's wiser to buy it new, and do the 6000 hours himself.

  • @johnsenkenn yeah for a person who has the money. but who does? this tractor looks almost as good as new and you know what a tractor this size cost new? right around 155000 to 160000 dolllars so there is a big difference. and the new tractors are not made a durable as this model is. the 55 series is the best tractor JD has ever made.

  • @tecate00000

Well, it's expensive to be poor, there is a reason to that John Deere have been traded in for a new one ( it probably has ) it's mostly because he thinks it's more economical to run new equipment. But also, how many hours will it run, if you use it a 1000 hours a year, or 200 hours. I don't know much about John Deere, but if you say the newer is poorer quality, you might have a point there. I have come to the conclusion that for the moment the AGCO are in the top with Fendt at top

  • @johnsenkenn If ya got the money then yes it is better to buy new. Alot of us farmers cant afford the cost of new and a tractor just like this one is in our price range and will do the same job. Just depends on what size of operation ya have.

  • @DDiesel88 i disagree the older deeres are much better. we bought a 7400 new and a 7520 ivt both are junk. the sickining part is we traded an almost perfect condition 4440 for the 7520 what a mistake pop wishes hed kept the 4440

  • like new !! .. good job !! . best series 4000

  • i know the feelin in 94 we got our 4755 i just wanted to jack off when i seen it
