@Rikloveridge i don't agree with you for him learning the words better, i think he connected very well as most of the listeners have already stated.i agree with you on the camera angles, they do need to be on a higher angle, this song sounds very sad to me, i could cry to it so i don't know what your'e saying? Great cover, like.

Hi. It's a video rather than an audio track hence my suggestions re visual improvements. Personally I found the looking away to the words and not looking at the vid lens distracting and militated against the 'connection', though I never said he didn't connect.. just that would help even further.

Consider learning the words so you can sing 'to' and connect better with the listener/watcher.

Video angle: Just you and guitar in frame (drop mic stand and stair distractions).

Audio: Arrangement is very 'sweet' (no offence meant) for one on the edge of breaking up; little 'edge' and vulnerability make it sound too happy for one trying to patch up a failing relationship and not sure of the response
