  • guitar's sound is good!!

this song make me moving on my chair!

  • toujours aussi émouvant , toute notre jeunesse

  • The Beatles were more than musicians - they were prophets. Search "Truth Contest" in Google and click the 1st result, then open The Present and read the section about The Beatles, and you will see what I mean.

  • I tried to run a campaign to remove the "dislike" button from all the Beatles songs, but I failed.

But please don't get mad at me: Justin Bieber ran a counter-campaign against my idea, and then pressed 7 times the button "dislike" of this music...

  • Too bad that they are not here, now...

by the way, I tried to run a campaign to remove the "dislike" button from all the beatles songs, but I failed...(understand me! Justin Bieber was running a counter-campaign against my idea!!!)

  • Michael Jackson blows this white british shit away!!!!!!! Check out Billie Jean!!!

  • @TheMJtheGOD Michael Jackson is a good singers and dancer but The Beatles are very very very 10000000times better !!!!!

PS: 7 peoples dont know what is the real music !

  • no one cant beat beatles

  • FOREVER

  • the best of british

  • too much stereo...but its was a nice video

  • I think you'll find the Beatles had an extraordinary quantity of one thing: talent

  • los mas grandes de todos los tiempos. "los beatles " no existen otros.

  • t th the the b the be the bea the beat the beatl the beatle the beatles the beatles!
  • thanks for good quality

  • Ringo is amazing!

  • @Yoshieggmaster7

Ringo seemed to be on fire that whole concert. Amazing performance.

  • Amazing to watch a live performence of the fab four playing their first number 1 hit. Amazing!

  • "Seat dancing" at 1:52 .... LOL

  • HAHAHAHA.

  • @vbsurfa lol. COOL KIDS

  • Hey, I think you're right. Listen close at 1:27 and you can hear his ring tone. I think it's the Theme from Scooby Doo. Is John using a digital delay run through a Mac laptop. By jove, I think he is. Probably a harmonizer to double those poor harmonies they always put out.

  • pure british music

  • This is the best quality video I've seen from the 1964 Washington concert.

  • i think that guy was recording a message on his answering machine XD

  • he recording the song fucking idiot

  • At 1:51 some asshole gets on his cell phone... right in the middle of the song... in 1964... asshole.

  • bilbomarks:

Uh, you are kidding, right? We didn't have cell phones in 1964. You know that right?

Rotary dial phones were state of the art.

I think that guy is holding a small microphone. Yeah, I know you were just kidding...right?!

  • victory for the veteran there

  • Comment removed

  • If you look closely you can see the recorder in his lap with the cord going up to the "cell phone.

  • Duh? I tell a joke and people get angry.

  • Oh good God, I despair...

  • @bilbomarks the didnt have cell phones back then

  • I think that this was their best ever single.

  • Love watching Ringo beat the snot outta those drums!! He had to play hard and loud to be heard, though the band was pretty well rehearsed.

  • Yes, he was on fire this whole concert.

  • bass makes it sound much fuller

  • Is it George playing the lead riff before "Come on"?

  • yes john just strums on the chords A, F#, c#m them back to A.

  • yes it is

  • I think it's Paul with his bass

    isn't it ?

  • george and paul play the riff, hard to hear the bass on this track

  • You think YOU have trouble hearing it, that's a major reason why they stopped playing live ...

  • turn paul and georges mic up sound man!

  • A kingdom for a stage moniter!!

  • the only group i know that used do songs under 2 minutes if they wanted to rush threw a gig

  • how i love this!! i wish i was there to see this actually happening

  • sigh i wished i had been born in the fifties, or sixties.. sigh, lol, cut back about 40years.

  • LOL. You can see it on the faces of the kids in the audience. Total ecstasy. They're thinking, Where did they COME FROM?! Where has this BEEN?! Out of the blue, and unlike anything that had come before, or would come again.

  • Bless you for posting this.

  • What a good song!!I love that!!Thanks for you to post it for us!!

  • To my knowledge, this and the third Ed Sullivan show are the only known performance films of the Beatles singing "Please Please Me." There's got to be a couple of more out there, though.

  • Very Good!!

  • In the universe of music, there are The Beatles... and then, there is everything else...

  • George gets out of tune at 1:30 to 1:33...lol cute...but nice cover.5 stars!!!

  • this is not a cover.. it's the beatles themselves.. lol.

  • I wasn't referring to "cover" as cover band...but cover up...the out of tune was covered up nicely by George of course...(-_-)

  • oh cover up.. i see.. my bad..

and yes, george does make a mistake lol

  • no he doesn't, there's something wrong with the audio in the clip - it surfaces again around 2:00 when you hear the chipmunk voices.

  • George never made any mistake.

  • Yeah...a minor one. But he is a virtuoso already at this point in his young life, and was ready to cover it up with his palm.

  • George Harrison was no virtuoso at this point. Are you kidding me? Paul would tell him to step aside in the studio because he'd sit there for hours trying to get his parts right and Paul would just play them himself.

  • Fair enough, but I am sure you could agree that if he was able to keep up with Paul and was learning from Paul every step of the way then was obviously very gifted and intelligent, as they all are. Maybe I am wrong, but I am pretty sure they had all taken musical classes as part of school through their youth! They ALL messed up A LOT..save for Ringo, who very rarely goofed. Music RULEZ!!! Hhahaha

  • I think you mean Brian Jones 1968, whacked on brandy and Mandrax and having to be covered for by Keith Richards.

  • So, and how OLD was George at this point? 20 - 21. Terrible - he wasnt a virtuoso at 21. All the Beatles were highly talented, and saying that they were 'overrated' is just a trite cliche that emanates from snotnosed twirps who like, say, The Offspring. LOL

  • What is very great about this is that it is real and live and unedited, pure!

  • just four ordinary brits wow !!! the best in the world

  • much better sound on the anthology..there you can hear the guitars

  • maybe, but that song is the second video of Please Please me from the Anthology...

  • Was...was someone not plugged in? Was George not plugged in? Was the gain turned down on John too? It seems the audio was very....thin, as if someone at master control was drunk, or wiring was bad.

  • viva la de france!

  • great rock performance ! and GREAT Ringo !!!

  • J'ai pensé qu'ils étaient assez bons.

  • Ca c'etait mechant !

  • i have 5 of this beatle. This reminds me of that.

  • fuck the french for this poor audio/video presentation. viva le france

  • yeah, can't hardly hear paul and george.

  • Wart tu est un CONNARD !
