Dude.. wow.. thank goodness you were quick with the turn around, u were hauling ass toward the cliff. I noticed your were on your risers as the canopy was opening.. are you flying at Prodigy II by chance? I think the quick mobility really helped in saving your ass.
@XoshBitt sorry that is not me in the video, i'm not even done with my AFF yet. I witnessed this in lauterbrunnen valley and uploaded it because i thought it's some educative footage showing the effects of strong winds but thanks for reminding me, i'll type down that this is not me in the description :)
wow, how could he dare to jump in winds like these? you already see him fighting the wind with the wingsuit! really no wonder he got that 180 ... glad nothing helped. great teaching video though!
The 180° turn at the opening is due in my opinion to the nonsymetrical position of the arms during the opening procedure. Not due to the wind especially. But I might be wrong...

Damn, careful dude. Sick vid though. Base is base but when conditions are ignored people die and think in their last breaths, he told me so.

Yes you´r right!
The 180 is due to the nonsymetrical bodyposition
but!!!
his nonsymetrical bodyposition is a reult of the strong wind.
