Do you remember the ad on KCMU where it ended with the host naming all the bands he could in 15 seconds and the grungy tune yelled out BOMBSHELTER!! 3 times? Yeah, loud and just so Seattle back in those days. What fun that was! These guys, The Walkabouts, are my favorite all time Seattle, and still anticipate any new releases they may have coming out.
The drummer is the lead singer's Chris Eckman's brother. He left the band shortly after this to get married. Last I heard he is part owner of a record store in the Georgetown Neighborhood of Seattle.

Holy s**t! I've been looking for this song for YEARS. Last time I heard was in the early 90's on a show called 'Bomb Shelter Videos' in Seattle.
