There's nothing wrong with the cables on the PSU, just flip it over, the fan is supposed to be facing downwards anyway, in the Phantom case.

@DecodeAGamer Yeah I figured that out lol. After that I re-redid my cable management. The only reason why the fan was up was because I recall seeing it in videos.

May I ask, what are you running using the 650W PSU?

I'm after a new build, I was looking at that power supply as well, just trying to work out what I can save money on :)

As for my components I'm running they are: My NZXT Phantom with the included fan controller, 7fans total(one 140mmNZXT, one 200mm NZXT,three 120mm NZXT fans,one rear two side, CPU cooler has one 120mm and 140mm Noctua fans) Core i5 2500kCPU, Asus P67 Motherboard, TP-Link wireless adapter,XFX Radeon HD 6870,LG DVD burner,Samsung spinpoint F3 1TB HDD,and 8GB G.Skill ram.
