@steev75 Maybe one day I will lol. Your goal is exactly what I'm trying. To be honest, its very hard which is why a lot of people bulk then cut, but I don't want to do that and neither do you. Creatine/protein will help with weight gain. Have a great diet and eat lean meat with a low fat content (ex: chicken).
both of you 2 need to do some research on recomping (gaining muscle & losing fat @ the same time)
