I've been looking at vaporizers for a while now but cant decide between this type of unit & the VP100 (smaller digital wooden unit). With this unit i see it has two switches (front & back). Does the fan (im assuming thats the back switch) have to be turned on for the process for the unit to work?

I would like to NOT have the fan on when using it, instead to use my own beathing to suck the vapor, but to have the OPTION for use of the fan like using a bag/balloon (like the Volcano vaporizer)

P.S All thats inside these vapes is a small circuit board driving the lcd panel and controlling the temp range, and a heating element from a soldering iron (I shit you not), oh and the glass tube which the soldering iron, uh, I mean heating element (sshhh, dont let them know you know) sits inside. I've built my own vape from a controllable temperature soldering station and using the glass tube out of one of these. Way better and lasts because the soldering station is western made.

By the way, the company that makes these lethal fucking pieces of shit is working to a well known manufacturing strategy. Build it to break, keep em coming back. Good luck if you buy one of these or any of the other million vapes that look just like this. You wont have to look hard they are all over the fucking place. If you fancy a chinese manufactured death, go for it.

For those that dont know much about vapes, this is a cheap chinese made one. There are tons of these on the market, all look the same, all branded differently. They are being churned out by the fucking millions under different manufacturers names but rest assured, its the same cheap shit. Mine lasted for 3 weeks and an inspection of the heating element revealed silver coloured flakes coming off it. If you want a lung tumour, sure, be my guest and this will be a great vape for you.

bought mine off ebay. Seller name is Scalediscounters. Product is good when it works, but quality is fucking garbage! I know of 2 people other than me who have the same unit. All 3 failed in under 2 months!! For $80 I expected it to last at least one year. Dishonest seller wont reply to my warranty questions. If the seller doesnt offer a warranty, DO NOT buy it. The $40 vaporizers do the SAME job as the more expensive ones. Products made in China are bad quality!! Dont get beat like I did!

Looks good though its hard to say vaporizers can be deathtraps disguised as a piece of candy (not interaly its a metaphore :p) with vaporizers its realy worth it to put in a good amount of money and get a quality one I dont know about this one .

don't expect to smoke out of this regularly. It breaks after a few months. Also, its made in china so there is no way to ensure that its not releasing toxic chemicals. In short; Had it, wore it out; not worth the money. Vape doesn't have a website? Don't buy it. Spend a few more bucks and get a Dabuhdda. Best vape on the market. 1000x better.

Yes. it worth it if you want a not to pricey vape. There are lemons in all products just because a few have problems doesn't mean they all have problems. All who have tried it give nothing but thumbs up, and say how baked they got off of it.

Alright, I ordered THIS vaporizer but the one they sent me didnt have a fan and had a single stack red led readout. Anyt info on this one? I've been using it for a while but I haven't gotten the effect I expected. Am I supposed to pack the bulb tight to the end with herb? I paid $90 for mine and I was a little pissed to receive a completely diff vape, and I've been going through herb like shit through a goose with this method, without the expected result. Any info is appreciated.

not sure with mine i packed maybe quarter (as in coin) size in the bottom of the wip no need to over pack it. ends up burning it if you pack to much. Try to take slow even drags once it reaches temp..and hold for 10 seconds.

Thanks for the info man, I'll name my first born after you. Yeah the one I have has a metal element at the tip surrounded by glass, so when I was over packing it was burning the product.

Honestly I dont remember but go on EBay and search for digital vaporizer and sort from cheapest on...you will spot the cheapest digital box for about $40 and bobs ur uncle. Save ur green for the green! They have them now w replaceable heating elements, same box design

I bought one and it has no issues......except im not sure if the actual temp is supposed to stay the same, cuz it gets colder when i take hits, i thought it was supposed to keep it at the same temp 100% of the time

yes..it goes down when your taking a draw on it...but comes back up, well on mine that's the way it works. So i just set it a couple degrees higher to counter the couple of degrees it looses when hitting.

I have had my VP600 for 5 months now. Works great. I recommend getting it if you don't have $600 to spend on a volcano.

I have one and think it's great for the money. Sure its not no Volcano, but I got mine for under $100 on ebay. As far as holding a temp you have to remember it has two temps on there the temp its set at and the actual temp. It's not that it cannot hold a temp it is that the actual temp that it reads will change within a few degress. Just sucking on the hose will cause the actual temp to drop.

LMAO, this has got to be the craziest looking vaporizer out there. Looks like something you can discretely stack between the rest of your effect racks and pedals in the studio. @DJHarrie There's actually a vape on the market which literally sticks into an effects rack and runs off the same power as everything else. It's like 3 or 4 hundred dollars and are made to order - same premise, heating element with female glass on glass connection with a whip, but with an analog controller.
