  • Good for you to mention room temperature egg yolk! Also to make your mayo with a whisk. It's so quiet, perfect to do while chatting before the meal.

  • That mayo looks perfect. Do you know a recipe for homemade mayonaise that is low fat?

  • The better way is to keep this recipe but to take less quantity, because you can't change the ingredients, you loose the taste, and the industial low fat mayonnaise, personally we don't trust, it's not natural!

  • I've had good luck mixing a batch of mayonaise half and half w/ low fat yogart, if you used fat-free yogart it would be half the fat, I just don't trust modified corn starch enough to buy the fat-free.
