  • some great inforamtion here thanks

  • some great inforamtion here thanks

  • 3yrs of college sciences and it took you to finally get me to grasp this. Thank you

  • I. Love. You

  • omg you don't know how many times my teacher tried to explain this to me, I had no idea what he was on about, but this makes so much sense, so thank you!

  • u=my dream teacher

  • great wish you were my teacher !!

  • You're amazing, thank you!

  • Still don't 100% get Hydrogen bonds but this is so far the best explanation !

    thanks

  • help D:

on the periodic table of elements, hydrogen has an atomic number of 1 but carbon has an atomic number of 6 so shouldn't carbon have a stronger electronegativity than hydrogen? Therefore, shouldnt the carbon and hydrogen hydrogen bonds not be equal?

    please answer D:

  • @pinkponyofdoom electronegativity depends on the atom itself most periodic tables show what the atoms electronegativity, size is not a big factor here.

  • @pinkponyofdoom have a high number of proton number does increase the electronegativity but a lot of protons also means that the atom has shit loads of electrons. for eg hydrogen has 1 proton and 1 electron the nuclear charge is not that high but the atomic size is very low however carbon has 6 proton large amount of proton but it also results in increasing the atomic size because it has 6 electrons so the pull on the bonding pair electron is shielded by the electrons. do you understand?

  • I'm learning this in grade 11. FML. And this is the easy stuff...

  • YOU BEAST! LOVING YOUR VIDS!

  • Test:

Why does water stick? Hydrogen bonds. CORRECT

Why does DNA form a twisted ladder shape? Hydrogen bonds. CORRECT

Why is this test so easy? Hydrogen bonds. CORRECT

  • Test = Owned.

    Thank you so much.

  • Really really great! It is so much easier to to understand than the text books! fantasic educational video. Thanks

  • you sir are amazing!!! Im gana pull that on my AP Bio teacher!

  • omg! i think im falling in love with you ^_^

  • are you single? <3

  • This guy makes it a lot easier to get this sh**!

  • YOU ARE amazing. I wish you were teaching chemistry too

  • Amazing...ive never thought that someone could teach that good! THANKS

  • Finally I get it !! :D

  • I've viewed some other videos here on YouTube and yours was by far the easiest to understand, thank you!

  • Thank you! Im 35 years old, going back to college and taking pre-nurssing classes, and this basic chem stuff was kicking my ass. You've explained hydrogen bonding in a way that I can understand.

  • If we had such teachers at schools, we wouldnt have to buy all these expensive books because the lecture would be more than enough.

  • This guy is awesome! thanks alot!

  • This is great

    The teacher Is great
