singapore of africa really? well start with engineering jobs, manufacturing jobs, production, farming and 24hrs electricity to name a few then people's orientation would change when there is money in their pockects and embassies would see less of us trying to travel out.
It is the people to blame-no gov't forced you to trash,hawk,block access,misuse & destroy public property.Truth is the place is a reflection of us-irresponsible.
