Think so, but it's a pain in the ass. You're going to have to share the wireless connection by plugging your GC directly into a PC getting wifi. You can find some better instruction on how to do so by going to the Schthack forums, and checking out the Technical Support section.
DC, PC, GC, and BB versions of PSO are all compatible with this server. In fact, if you'd watched the commercial, you would see it clearly written that GC and PC are able to game together for the first time (although not without some problems).
I have no idea. PC users and DC users have a shared private ship that I can't get on. I see a few PC users in the ships I go to, but not many. Most of them are hanging out in their own.

The Gamecube population on this server is strongly legitimate, other than the fact that they are playing on a private server, which you yourself did for like a minute to play blue burst. If that makes a person a hacker, I guess you're already guilty.

No, you don't need broadband to connect, although the instructions given for connection are based on a broadband set up, you are correct.
Take a look at the PSO GC forum there for a guide to dial up connection. It's a bit different. You may have to search a few pages for it, but you should eventually find it if you look for threads from dial up users having difficulty connecting.

In case you weren't aware of it, if you're playing the GC, DC, and maybe PC versions, you don't have to register before you're able to play. It helps other people locate you online, but that's about it.
If you're playing Blue Balls, you'll need to register before it lets you sign on.

Either a modem adapter for the GC or a broadband adapter for the GC, depending on the type of internet connection you have. You'll either need a spare phone cord or an ethernet cable for the adapters, depending on the connection type. If you've got bradband, a router would probably be a good idea so you can use your computer and the GC online at the same time.
No, you just need a wireless router that has ethernet ports on the back of it. Then you can have your wifi broadcasting while the router is hardwired, and sending signals through the ethernet cord to the GC.

If you don't have the game to play, how do you think you're going to connect to the servers at all? You'll need either PSO PC, DC, GC, or BB to play on these servers. They don't work with PSO Xbox.

I had like a 195 power mag.. and no, you dont get that, even though the PSO PC servers have no hack protection, because GC and DC just cant.. BB does have hack protection today.
You could still have a level 195 power mag, and it wouldn' be a cheat. You just need the Kit of Master System from one of the holiday events, apply that to a baby mag, and then just feed it monomates up until level 200. The mag makes it so that the food effect on the mag never changes. That lets you have a level 195 mind, power, or dex mag. You could probably get a level 200 defense mag from this too.
if i play on this server will i have the same character and stuff that i had on the real servers, because some people gave me some sweet weapons and mags and stuff, like a hamburger mag and some rare weapons...
i had some friends that were hackers and would always give me FSOD alot, but give me weapons and stuff like heavens punisher and mags that r like level 300 or something.
You'll still have all of that stuff since it's saved to your memory card, but this server is full of mostly legit players, so you may have a hard time getting a game going while using that crap.
If anyone wants to play ANY of their game systems that have phantasy star online , you may connect to my server by inputting this as your DNS 71.15.94.151 All you have to do is change your network options and input that as the DNS connection and you are on my server, free to do whatever you want.
I can't get Blue Burst to run on my PC at all. I went so far as trying to connect to the official ST servers some time ago when they were still taking registrations, and it wouldn't do it.
I worked with the problem over and over without finding a solution. Strangely enough, my PC was able to run PSU without any problem. Well, I shouldn't say that. There was a problem in that PSU sucks... hard. Other than that, it ran without error.
