Humm or just buy a set of bt quartet 3500 they run on 30mhz and go nearly a km line of sight!

I've had these phones for a few months now and I really appreciate the lack of radiation.... However, there is a price. The battery is rubbish and the phones are very basic - few of the features that we have become accustomed to from other manufacturers. There is a German Orchid version that looks much better spec'd... I should have got that and just put the UK ends on the phone-cables. Just a note of caution...
