well if you mean how to get him down from the ledge just press R to call him down after He should follow you if not use the command melody you learn from getting the first one to that middle room and taking out your Wind Waker in front of the stone thing in the middle of the room to learn it.

Are you thinking of the Iron Knuckles in OoT? These guys are called Darknuts, similar but different, mostly because they use a sword, not an ax. Twilight Princess also had Darknut Knights.

Did you know when a arrow hits something wooden like a tree, The arrow sticks onto it for about 5 seconds and you can retrieve the arrow no problem.

You mean kind of like how in TP if you let the arrow from the Moblin Archers cool off you can pick it up.
