the 80's were magical.when America was America. No metal detectors on schools, girls used to be friendly, friday the 13,fright night and the return of the living dead.i missed those days,no ipod,no apple phones,no net,no text, you had to talk to your girlfriend in high school face to face.
Such a classic of american movies history.Corey Feldman,Crispin Glover only 22 years old.Hear in Brazil, that Cristal lake was for real.part 4 and 6 the best ever
I used to have the TV version of this and remember a lot of the scenes but not the ambulance discussion. I used to wonder why the hand guillotine scene was never on the VHS versions until I figured out that they were added to fill in the TV time after other stuff got edited out. I still have the Part 6 TV version with scenes where Rick (the deputy) tries to use the blanket to get the keys & bust out of the jail cell & screams when he fails. Halloween II did the same thing.
Thanks so much for uploading these scenes! The Final Chapter is my favorite of the series. I miss the days when these films were shown more often on cable tv. These days, I rarely find any horror films on tv, much less GREAT horror films! Isn't it sad that out of the hundreds of channels that many of us pay for, there never seems to be anything to watch?!? Back in the day, it seems that I could always find a horror movie- especially on weekends!

HAPPY SOON TO BE BIRTHDAY JASON. SORRY I COULDNT GET YOU A PRESENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. ^.^. i hate to say this but i think jason was kind of cute in part 3
5:45.Whatever happend to Lawrence Monoson(Ted)That guy was in one of the best Highschool classics back in 1982 called,The Last American Virgin.I think the last thing I seen him in was a shit movie called,Starship Troopers 3.He was good in those movies back in the day.He was in,The mask also with Cher.He was funny in this to.
Part 4 is the best of them all. One thing that makes it the best is that a little boy is the one who finally stops Jason in the end. Part 6 was the last good one. After that it was complete bull shit!
The first four Friday the 13th films were classic horror. Paramount had the right idea with the way the films played however, when New Line picked up the rights, it went downhill fast and strayed away from the classic storyline. Wasnt a fan of any of the Friday movies after part 4, however, I did enjoy part 7 and the remake.
hmm...pretty good vid. this stuffs not even on the box set. Wish they'd have left that part of Rob with the antenna thing in. Always thought that character had an interesting story going but stayed too shady through the movie.
I think he was the inspiration for the main dude on the remake.
Gore doesnt make a great horror movie. Take Jaws and Halloween for an example. There isnt mush gore in the movie however theyre looked at as some of the best horror movies of all time. I think that the less shown makes your mind wonder what we're missing. Ever read a good book and see it as a movie? Not as happy with the movie because your imagination is always better than whats on the screen. Of course, this is in my own mind.
well part three is the one i always remember because jason first gets his hockey mask.i watched these films a lot when i was younger.part 4 was good too.i think the films afterwards were stupid to be honest.i vote richard brooker as the best jason purely because he is from england like me haha sorry...
Thanks for posting this. I remember seeing the version with most of these scenes including back in the 80s. People think I am crazy when I talk about it. This proves that I am not completely insane!
Noooo..i for one dn't think that your crazy. I say that because I TOO was a witness to a full fledged Friday The 13th movie during the 80's. Friday The 13th Part 7 was showned on HBO in 1988 in it's entirety. I can vividly remember every kill in tact including the sleeping bag kill. Me and my lil sis cringed at the six to eight swings Jason made against the tree. I only hope that someone posts it on YouTube, that way i won't sound crazy either..lolz. Seriously though, hopefully it will appear
I SECOND & THIRD THIS MOTION! I had rec'd this and the 6th one when it came on TV and had these scenes as well!:) A lot of the TV version scenes I wish they'd leave in, just like with the Original Halloween!:D
nowadays the directors try to hard i think, they try to make everything twisted and perverse and scary, thereby leaving no time for suspense. Where'd the trippy violin suspense go, where'd the good hardy plot go.
gore sucks u know,,,zombies take on frin the 13th and halloween is good cuz its his style but dont compare to savini or john carpenter etc...the music alone would scare me str8 to where i wont go in my basement after watchng that...i love all that old school shit...its the best and will never die no matter what these new generations of kids think haha
I know this is probably gonna sound lame or whatever, but I miss the days of being a kid and sitting in a movie theater with my friends and then the previews start and then BAM!! Holy shit..there's a new Friday the 13th, or Halloween, or Nightmare On Elm Street coming out. My friends and I as 13 and 14 year olds would freak out. Nowadays with the internet, everbody knows what's being made, what's coming out and when a year in advance. It just kinda takes the magic out of the movies for me. IMHO.
I agree lol.I miss those days.I not a fan of the new horror movies today. Not that they are'nt good horror movies, but that torture stuff is'nt my thing.Younger people like it.I guess I am coming to the realization that Im getting old.I was 10 when The Final Chapter came out.The closest thing we have now is the remakes of Halloween, and Friday the 13th.I liked them, but they are remakes. There isnt anything original anymore.Hell I'll take the remakes over the torture movies though.
I know, I used to get sooo excited when I saw a new trailer or even a POSTER! And you had to wait for a couple of weeks or a month so you could see it. Now it's like "well, they're making that movie", now let's wait a year till they finish it and THEN release it blah blah blah.
@Supermonkey22 I so agree. I remember the excitement of seeing iether the trailer in the theater or on TV for the first time and getting so pumped to see the movie. Those days are gone sadly.
@Supermonkey22Yes igree, that and cartoons. Remeber the excitement of catching a new episode of transformers on a saturday morning? now its everyday anytime
@Supermonkey22 i totally agree with you. I grew up experiencing the same kind of intense suspense everytime I'd go to the movies and they'd show the trailers of horror movies. In addition, even the posters of those days were really freaky and cool that they made the best hooks.
@Supermonkey22 I'm with you. I used to count the days until a new F13 sequel would come out or whatever. The much maligned early eighties slasher flicks are actually tasteful and discreet compared with what is being offered today.
the deluxe edition of friday the 13th part 4: the final chapter on dvd or blue ray has slashes scenes aka "uncut kills" but they have bloopers with it.
I agree with you man. Parents were bitching that their kids were watching these kinds of movie which they shouldnt have in the first place. Yet, they prolly had nothing better to do. Something is always wrong in every genre. I wish slasher flicks came back to the gore and blood not unlike the movie made today with the freaking CGI crap..
Tommy likes scaring people... does he, hence he was suppose to be the next killer, but the fans hated the idea and so they brought Jason back from the dead.
From what I have read over the years..there is a deleted scene where Trish finds her mother's body. Anyone know where I can see this scene? it wasn't included on the Box Set extras.

so basically all of the films are being re released again with everything that is in them on june 16th if i am right. And what i mean is that there will be all of the deleted scenes that we have been waiting for
in the friday the 13th part 4 which i have tommy's sister dies near the end and the guy who is looking for his sis who gets stabbed in the basement ends up saving tommy as tommy then kills jason!!!!!!!!!
i wish this movie wouldve had more involvment with rob as opposed to tommy. there shouldve been a big fight of some sort. you have this guy who looks like hes been hunting jason for years...he has a rifle, a machette, knives, hes a manly outdoors type guy he seems like a good adversary for jason and the 1st second he comes face to face with jason, jason kills him out right...such a waste of a good character.
Thanks for posting these! I'm glad they cut the scenes with that chick "Sara" and Peter Barton. Leaving these in, you realize they were not BF/GF. In the standard cut, it's implied that they are already connected and possibly in a burgeoning relationship on some level so it doesn't necessarily look like she was tramp for offering to shower with him. But she gets the hatchet anyway. LOL.
Hey Jasonconquers, any chance of getting that extended scene in Part VI (6) where Deputy Rick Cologne is trying to get out of the cell after Tommy and Megan force him in? I remember it being shown on TV a few times.
just goes to show how much the uk misses out.not much in this footage altho nice to see but the original uk release got pulled off shelves and was majorly cut at jasons death, basically they edited jasons head sliding down the machette which was the best part.dvd release now has the scene intact.personally i still think part 4 is the best-well except the original
I found a download of this version. Interesting to watch, but the movie is better and more well-paced without them. Also, in the motion detector scene, you can hear the director telling Erich Anderson what to do in certain parts.
still wish they showed what happened to the mom in this one..she just vanishes and is presumed dead
