They are speaking in Japanese. However the Subtitles are in Chinese Simplified characters, which are used in Taiwan. Also, the narrators voice is in Mandarin, which is a Chinese dialect.
Well, Lead was in two movies altogether "Kamachi" and "Boutaoshi" with Shinya as the main character... hiroki was also in one called "Pink no idenshi" and Keifu was in one called "Deep Love". The Lead "Movies 1" and "Movie 2" which are just MVs and behind-the-scenes clips... I hope this is the info ur lookin for ^.^
