Did I really heard "Taça da Liga" ? What does they say about it ?

Yes, you heard right. Taça da Liga (League Cup) is one of the competitions in Portugal, as you may well know. They don't say much about it. Just a parody to Sporting, unless you were thinking of something else that i didn't quite understood. (Sorry, didn't get much sleep tonight.)

Well there are League Cups in more and more countries now, I'm getting interested in them because they are often disregarded as useless cups, with a low game level, made-up to sell more TV rights. I wonder if it is the case here.
In Portugal they do everything to make the big clubs' life easier in Taça da Liga. Perhaps to hide the truth? ;-)

Well, they are not useless. It's some money that enter the club's vault, now what i mean? In a way you are right. To hide the truth or not, it's not my job to say but, again, in a way you are right.
Oh, by the way: Benfica won the Carlsberg Cup last night. Yay!
