I've been reading up on the Buteyko Method. Some good free info google "The Buteyko (Shallow Breathing) Method for Controlling Asthma" I'd post a link, but being stuck back in time, somewhere in the early 90s, youtube doesn't allow it.
there is a cure for asthma... its the fkn high elites in medical companies that bs to us everyday and make us pay them for medicines that relieves and not cures.
