  • Too many women use there gender as a crutch to be abusive.

  • @moebigsley1976 Well, make sure you are surrounded by women and generally people who don't use whatever they feel like as a crutch to be abusive.

  • @MariaVanUtrechtTales, that comment is as useful as saying not to surround yourself around racists to avoid racism.

  • I don't hear any sound. After 3:48 I hear a guitar playing.

  • @piloot When we originally recorded this video, one of the settings were not updated and it recorded only in one audio channel, so you can only hear sound from the left speaker or headphone. Hence some of the entertaining comments we've attracted :-)

  • gr8 video

  • thats a great video, thanks Ehsan God Bless you :)

  • @Eight65 Thank you :-)

  • I think sometimes. Maybe lasyness is a type of anger towards authority. You do things cus you shold but you realy dont want to and therefore you are not motivated. in reality it sholdn coust you more anguish than plaing tennis for a couple of hours or skiing whatever. Maybe motivation is more about anger and freedom than anything else. If i choze to do something its because its my fukking choise and no others there so it becomes motiaving.

Try pramiracetam and oxiracetam when you study, if you dont see enough results with that you can try noopept... maybe your study method isnt working for you.. brain mapping with colors and drawings helps me remember.

  • @hearv888 What about a way without pills? D:

  • That is a glorious beard my friend.

  • love you bro, no homo

    this is helpful

  • this is incredible ... after following the steps I can see what I am "gaining" by not taking action!!!!! I am basically trying to protect myself if that makes sense ....and then I can now see what I gain by action , clear connection with my goals .....and it comes with the excitement in my gut I have been lacking and determination to do it ...very excited about this , thank you very very much for this video

  • Briefly you mean you want me to do first. ask myself what am I trying to avoid? second. What do I want. third What is the next to step. fourth, take that step? right? it sounds worth to try. okay I will do what you recommend me. how do I avoid laziness in four way. I will try to fix my laziness by your four step Thanx :)

  • THANK YOU!

  • THank you for getting back to me. I have had difficulty concentrating all my life. Somehow, for 15 yrs, I did become a monk, took courses and accompliahed many wonderful things, but for a while I lost it, became an internet junkie and lived up on a mountain alone. I'm trying to regain my focus and follow through. I feel I am making progress, but not consistently and quick enough. Life is too short to waste stuck in a rut. There is so much I want to do for my own growth and to help others.!

  • what if i don't want anything?

  • i wanna get high.

  • what if i'm depressed and these steps don't motivate me to do anything still

  • @WeirdRorschach Often, we feel depressed when we're not moving towards something, a goal or purpose. Think about what you actually want in life, even better if you can focus on a specific goal, and link action with regards to whatever you want or need to do to that goal.

  • @WeirdRorschach Think about hidden self hatred.Once you have healed through feeling the buried feelings your life will change. Use EFT to focus on loving your self, and release all the self hatred this will push out. Knowing what to do with emotions is key to self development. To change your attitude towards emotions, study this website. cyquest.com/pathway/lies_about_feelings.html

  • @WeirdRorschach I overcame a depression recently by finding out what drives me in life. I had the choice between certainty, uncertainty, significance, love, growth and sharing, which are the basic 6 human needs. I found out I was most driven by significance and sharing and started setting goals to work on those particular drives. It turned my life around within a couple of weeks, because my actions actually mattered to me.

  • @WeirdRorschach Try to not eat bread ore milk.

  • Right after making this video he took a 4 hour nap before dinner.

  • that was amazing... thank you so much.

  • Apparently he was too lazy to shave.

  • Very simple and effective advice. I will give it shot. Thanks.

  • What if i dont want to be lazy? what what if my goal is not to be lazy? whats my first step`?

  • Good - no b/s advice.

  • i think u just changed my life for reals, i'm bout to start doing this every day until i reach my goal

  • Seems like a lot of hate on here - can't imagine why. As simple as this is, I find it quite compelling; seems like a useful perspective on the issue.

  • this may works for a normal person... but how about a bipolar as myself?

  • Comment removed

  • if you can work never think go and do it that way you can survive from such nonsense advices. .everybody can work some times and when oldages stikes you can't. otherwise each and every creature in this universe can do things . everything in this world is possible. but sometimes that stops. it is called destiny okay....

  • 707 people are failing

  • cut your beard

  • i'll start this later..

  • good

  • i recognise eben pagan's marketing from a mile away.

  • can somebody define laziness? i don't get it!

  • Thumbs up if you skipped through this video to get to the good parts

  • i like how most of the people who watch this are actually too lazy to just go to work right now and are pretending to motivate themselves by watching a never ending wave of videos about not being lazy. CAN'T SAY THAT'S NOT WHAT I AM DOING xD

  • @robikifin get... out... of... my... mind!! :(

  • Comment removed

  • @robikifin Which is better? To try or not try? I believe not trying is automatically a failure and trying is always a success even if you don't get your desired results(at least you tried I mean). Learning is something, it requires effort and produces a outcome. Wayne Gretzky said you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

  • im to lazy to watch the end of the video

  • @1991jazzer, huhu I just wanted to comment that :D

  • @1991jazzer ...or know how to spell.

  • his beard is cool

  • Im too lazy to watch through this.

  • @legggggggggy Me too.

  • the pleasure seeking/ pain avoidance is from Tony Robbins baldilocks

  • Here's a tip. If you want to motivate people you need to have more energy.

  • Common sense.

  • With due respect, your will power theory is inaccurate; will power is an immeasurable state of mind and thus it's impossible to recognize its limits, as is the 'force' we can exert upon ourselves. As a spiritual advocate you must recognize the mind as OMNIPOTENT, but you clearly haven't meditated, prayed or thought deeply on these concepts, instead, you've merely repeated words of others, along with their misleading body of information. How exactly is this spiritual excellence?

  • @MrVidiofan What I mean by "willpower" in this context is the attempt to use force to act or create change. We are extremely limited in our ability to force solutions, and it never works for long. Willpower however with regards to the infinite capacity and potential within a human being, when working through authentic power, divine and spiritual power, is indeed limitless.

  • well the I done these steps

    1. Make my video

    2. Upload to youtube

    3. get viewers/Subscribers

all i need is the 4th

    4. People who read this come to my channel an do the same thing!

    :)

  • 4 simple steps huh? How about one: just do it. Yep, just do it without thinking about it. The more you think about how you want to proceed is more time wasted and more time which allows your mind to come up with more reasons to not to do it. Once you did it, you'll naturally have the momentum to complete the next task.

  • my right ears lonely

  • You can feed an elephant in one bite... if it's the last bite. ;)

Great video! I'm wrote down the steps and I'm gonna try and do this. Thank you!

  • Good one there!! THANKS SO MUCH :)

  • im death in my left ear, what did he say?

  • @shockz18

    that's just what i thought

  • @shockz18 shit you killed the left ear phone... don't put on mine

  • Too lazy to watch the video.

  • Thank you so much.. I have found that I question myself as to why I am procrastinating on something...i have thought it strange that I am aware of the procrastination happening and hat it was not necessarily the best thing for me but yet I did not change the direction that I was taking..I'v wondered if it was some kind of manifest destiny..LOL

  • Thank you for posting this. Could you please elaborate more on the first step, what am I trying to avoid ?

  • @Gauraonline The First Step is simply getting very clear about the consequences of not taking action. In order to gain leverage over yourself, you need to remind yourself of the ultimate result of inaction, and this is simply not just more of the same, but increasingly dire consequences. This will begin getting you into action, it will begin to motivate you. And then the Second Step of seeing what is possible by taking action will keep you going, serving as more powerful motivation to succeed.

  • a lot of eben pagan here.. 1ste step emulate, 2th step make it ur own.. 3th step, make it ur own

  • I don't know, this video looks kind of long... Just kidding. Keep up all the good work and your videos are always informative and helpful.

  • Thnx man

  • Whatch AC brotherhood literal and you see that rome was built in a day!!!!

    Yust kidding

  • Thanks man

  • Very helpful, however your one wrong assumption is that people have "limited" willpower.

Well I believe I have infinite as I never give up. And I'm pretty sure everybody can have infinite amount of willpower once they change their mind set.

  • @Folliguesooter What I mean by "willpower" in this context is the attempt to use force to act or create change. We are extremely limited in our ability to force solutions, and it never works for long. Willpower however with regards to the infinite capacity and potential within a human being, when working through authentic power, divine and spiritual power, is indeed limitless.

  • im too lazy to clean up. i thought of the actual first step i would have to do ; stand up. So I repeated everything; walk. go to kitchen. get cleaning products, get trash bin. walk back to living room. put stuff in trash bin. etc.etc. I feel really kinda stupid this actually worked for me. Because the first step (stand up) was simple I did it , and then everything just kinda went automatic. So much obliged for this video : )
