I´m 37 and I´d date her without thinking 2 times. I just hope mother nature will give her a long, healthy and wonderful life so she can keep her voice in our lives. Sade I love you forever, I´ll be attending your concerts till the day you stop.
I am a total Sade fan but her vocals sucked on this video...just being honest. She was struggling a bit. Before you all hate I will say again that I am a total fan but even so artists don't perform well 100% of the time.
@SteeloSacramento : well 2 things could have been the cause (and usually are) : #1 it was somewhat early in the AM, and the voice needs to warm up somewhat throughout the day to resonate clearly and #2 the sound person who was working this should have been fired afterwards , if they weren't already, terrible mix......

To be fair, oh please....she's sold over 51 mil with the 3 albums she's had. Sade's music is the type of music that will last a life time. With that being said, almost every track on each album was a hit. Now, 10 years later, she's back with the #1 song in the country. There will never be an Artist like Sade. For some of you, ask your parents what music were they listening to when they created you....LOL, Sade is on Fire, even after 10 years of chillin. No one can touch her style......
She's done her career on her own terms, not catering to fortune or fame. Took off the last ten years or so to concentrate on raising her daughter rather than trying to make a fortune and becoming overexposed. At the same time, her loyal fans stay patient and are rewarded with phenomenal music. She seems at complete peace with her life. Bravo Sade.

Sade is truly talented and so is Beyonce. Totally different types of artistry and different types of performers. Don't lessen Beyonce's talent because of your specific taste preference. If Sade was exposed as much as Beyonce, you probably would say the same about her. Popularity and even marketing doesn't neccesarily mean there is a lack of talent for the artist. Give credit where credit is due. They both sing very well live and bring something different to the music table.
I didn't know she did all these performances, both late night and morning shows, so thanks for posting, only recorded the Letterman performance. I too will see if they tour through Texas, kicking myself for not going back during the Lovers' tour 2000. Never duplicated, this legend.

Took off the last ten years or so to concentrate on raising her daughter rather than trying to make a fortune and becoming overexposed. At the same time, her loyal fans stay patient and are rewarded with phenomenal music. She seems at complete peace with her life. Bravo Sade.

Artists like mariah and janet should take a page from sade's book..she has maintained her standards and matured w/ dignity..she's not fighting to hold her own against the 20-someting set of artists by dressing and acting inappropriate for her age and yet she still dominates them..this woman is a class act!

I love her voice,she has that sexy and raw british accent thats husky,not in a masculine since.A females voice doesnt,t always have to be high pitched,that certain raspiness just adds to the flavor.

@jpdlcj her speaking voice wasn't always that deep. Check out some of her earlier interviews on here from the 80's. I guess for some people their voices change/get deeper when they get older........

Its amazing she has aged a bit. She actually looks exactly the same as she did when she first came out. She is a true musician, No frills just pure talent. I cant stand the Beyonces of this World- its all Marketing. Sade is actually talented and writes timeless music. And she is 51 yrs!

Sade is truly talented and so is Beyonce. Totally different types of artistry and different types of performers. Don't lessen Beyonce's talent because of your specific taste preference. If Sade was exposed as much as Beyonce, you probably would say the same about her. Popularity and even marketing doesn't neccesarily mean there is a lack of talent for the artist. Give credit where credit is due. They both sing very well live and bring something different to the music table.

I didn't know she did all these performances, both late night and morning shows, so thanks for posting, only recorded the Letterman performance. I too will see if they tour through Texas, kicking myself for not going back during the Lovers' tour 2000. Never duplicated, this legend.
