Y de donde es este grupo??? Recuerdo que una vez en youtube ví un video con esta canción en donde relataba con imagenes la historia de los Aztecas desde que llegaron al valle de México hasta que fueron diezmados por los españoles. He querido volver a ver ese video pero ya no lo encuentro, no creo que haya sido hecho por Cusco, más bien por alguien más que utilizo esta hermosa canción. Pero donde son?

Interesting to read how many people were introduced to Cusco from Art Bell's old show. 'Best of Cusco' and Ray Lynch 'Big Breakfast', both introduced to me from Art's show are on my CD player so, so very often, letting my hundreds of other CD's just sit there. I get chills listening to them both.

@RideMyBMW I listened to Art way back when he was on a local radio station in Las Vegas, NV. It was awesome to see him get more successful to the point where he was on just about as many stations as Rush was. And he did change how many folks think. But I don't think he changed America in quite the same way as Obama is trying to change us...

EXACTAMENTE... Cusco es un dueto de alemanes, Michael Holm y Kristian Schultze los principales, pero invitan a otros musicos. De hecho, Michael Holm antes de Cusco, ya era un compositor muy reconocido en su pais desde principios de los 60's.

En un viaje hacia Cusco, Peru; Holm se enamoro de la cultura y musica de ese poblado, y por eso inicio este proyecto poniendole como nombre precisamente Cusco.

the ideas of america are mixed by the europeans, "Montezuma" is a english adaptation of "MoCtezuma" a name hard to pronunciate by english speakers, don't have relation between the album "Apurimac" a Peru's province and this "Tlatoani" (Emperor) Moctezuma of Mexico... however some music sounds are similars between Mexico and Peru, the wood instruments for example...
