@rsx123 yeah but they're talking about a toilet seat where there's more pressure on less surface. Try sitting on the toilet for one hour without shifting your weight around (remember the bomb), your legs will go numb just like jamie's.

in all documentaries, mythbusters are the only that never waste my time

I like that they considered the additional parameters of 1) time spent on the john, 2) position of the trousers, and 3) safety apparel. It actually helps to validate the results, and in testing these parameters, they proved something they weren't expecting: that this combination of parameters has no significant effect on escape time.
