How to use an Audio Compressor

Hi there

i was just watching your video on compressing audio.

i have recorded a guitar solo that i would like to compress, as there are a lot of peaks and lows, but i do not know which software to use??

what was the one you used in your video?

Hi Mark, thank you for your comment. I'm using a software called Propellerheads Reason. If you are in the process of buying a recording software I can really recommend this software. I have been using it for many years, and I even make tutorial videos on it here on my channel.

Yeah, it was one of my first videos. Also my first tutorial I made on Youtube. Didn't yet have the right "flow" if you know what I mean, hehe.
