hi nice video i have dns3700 tractor scratch pro 2 i down loaded the file from tractor bible it works good but i have problems displaying track info and wave on the 3700 like you have in the video need help if you can thanks
@kphill65 Track info appears on the 3700 if you are using a HID out mapping in your control manager section of Traktor. See below for basic instructions on how to do that.
Make sure the 1st S3700 deck is in MIDI 1, and 2nd deck in MIDI 2
In Controller Manager, Add the Denon-> DN-HC4500
Don’t add any MIDI controls here. For the In-Port, select None. For the Out-Port, select ALL Ports
If I get some time, I may post a video later showing how this can be done step by step.
Hi, I have CDJ 400 and am trying to connect them trought the usb hub like you but on my macbook it recognize only one player, do you know what could be a problem?
@djgagycrazypartyboy Not sure how the Pioneer MIDI function works regarding the Mac I'm afraid...is there a specific switch or button that you have to press to engage MIDI mode on the CDJ 400? You need to engage either MIDI or MIDI Hybrid on the 3700's before the Mac will see these units in the video, so may be worth confirming that the MIDI function on your CDJ 400's is definitely activated...failing that, have you tried swapping the 400's around to see if the other one works in the same slot?
@aaungles thx! The mapping I mention in the video is the Mclub 2.1 Traktor mapping - you can grab the latest .tsi file from the Traktor Bible website...
