Because North has played Cirque Du Soleil music in the past it doesn't make it their music. All it means is they performed it. In the Macy's Parade, North performed a piece that West performed several years ago. This is likely because it is a great patriotic piece and because of connections to Rick Kirby who has written for all Waukesha Schools in the past.
@buildinup4 The music for the performance must be around a minute. Also, if I'm correct, this song is not an exact copy of yours (According to a junior in your band) I can understand your stance, but you do not own that music exclusively.
