  • I am having the same problem and I am 5 weeks out now. I wake up with this great plan and say today is the day and it hasn't worked yet.. :(

  • Hello Monica, I am so happy for you that you are losing all that weight. That;s amazing!!!!!!! Congrats....... I really admire your confidence in this process. I am currently in the process of surgery, just had my endoscopy today and have u/s scheduled for next week. I would really love it if you could share suggestions and advice. Keep up the good work :))

  • You're already a knock out! Whoot for when you reach your goal!

  • Holy smokes!!! 51 pounds is crazy awesome! Things will get better in another little while, just remember to chew chew chew, and sip sip sip. If you can get your hands on Kefir Smoothie (near the yogurt) I found it helped my tummy after surgery. I was having lots of the organic soups from Whole Foods, I really enjoyed the portabello mushroom and the pea soup with mint. Maybe get some unflavored protein to mix in. I am looking forward to following your journey! :)

  • Girl u r doing well 51pounds is awesome, i hope eating gets better for u..keep ur head up

  • Thank you so, so much..... but somehow, I am feeling a little blue.... I am losing weight and am happy for that, but I am seeing changes, i mean good changes...because i have not seen myself thinner in so many years, I am a bit scared!! and I feel sad... I know i should be happy, but i am very sad...

  • Hey! Congrats on the surgery! My fiance Chris just had his surgery about 2 weeks ago. He likes the Campbells cream of mushroom soup and the onion soup. Also try buying the variety box of grits. then mix a pack of cheese grits with a pack of bacon grits. They're really good and they don't bother him at all. Good luck! Hope things get better!!

  • I eat all that stuff. Things are really starting to get better for me. My surgeon says that I can eat solid stuff now. But I know when not to swollow certain things... and eat what I fell i can handle. I had a little roast beef and mashed potatoes last night for dinner, about (1/2 cup food) I took my time, chewed extremely well, and went down very nicely. Thank you so much:) I am now 275 lbs.... yaaaaaaaay! huggie wuggies**

  • You NEED protein , so try to drink those protein shakes.

  • I will start today. Thank you so much:) *huggie wuggies*

  • Trying to drink the shakes..... but fills me up so fast after just a few sips... how can i get the whole shake down?
