good job on your modifications. I love the front bumper you constructed. I also did a slight KITT mod to my 99' TA with custom lights, etc. Of course there's always the "haters" out there that are just jealous cause they don't have the creativitiy and skill to do something custom like you have done. actually that was knight rider 4000, and it was supposed to be based on the pontiac banshee. and the audio is actually from the original tv series ep "knight of the drones" not from the movie knight rider 2000.

I think they were right to use a newer car, after all KITT is supposed to look like a normal car and it's the same with the new Transformers movies. New cars are the logical choice, I'm just annoyed that they used a Mustang because it just doesn't feel like KITT. I don't understand why the Challenger or a modified 'Vette wasn't used. :\ Mustang's are cool, though.

What the fact that the audio doesn't match up well, is it the fact I don't actually have 'turbo boost', maybe my car isn't much of a 'replica' of the original Kitt and thusly a poor represtation of the hobby; or is it the fact that I'm driving around everyday in the car on which Universal should've based their KR ideology?

There is a lot of bullshit that comes inherently with building these cars, in the very least you could bash me with decent punctuation.
