Prince's music has changed due to the fact that his eyes have been opened...he now knows who the true God is.........I love the change, and the true God of the Universe,who is ruling from heaven, as well.
I really like this song but what I find particularly interesting about it is that it shows Prince's evolution as an artist with respect to the subject matter of his songs. Don't get me wrong, I love Prince's old songs but just think, here is a man that went from singing Dirty Mind, Do Me, I Wanna Be Your Lover to singing about wanted to take care of and being committed to a woman to wanting the right woman to be the mother of his children. Talk about maturing as a person.
@ChessQueenWannabee great comment and yes I must agree. to thing this is the man who sang "Sister" and "jack u off" lol. Prince not only matured as a song writer and a musician but also as a human being. I believe he is no where near done contributing to music.
